吉首市山地城市双修模式与规划实践

摘要

The paper analyzes the issues of renovation and restoration in mountain cities,puts forward the general thinking,and takes Jishou city as an example,puts forward three models of renovation and restoration:coordinated development of ecology and urban construction,urban function improvement,urban style creation and tourism promotion.Then,the paper discusses these models from ecological network,ecological corridor,ecological industry,cultural tourism,urban brand,and urban style viewpoints,puts forward the planning guidance,provides reference for the renovation and restoration in mountain cities.%文章针对山地城市双修面临的主要问题,提出山地城市双修的总体思路,以湘西吉首市为代表案例,因地制宜地提出生态保护与建设协调发展模式、城市功能提质改造模式、特色风貌塑造与旅游带动模式三大城市双修模式,从生态网络构建、生态廊道建设、生态产业规划、文化旅游开发、城市品牌和特色风貌塑造等方面对城市双修实践展开探讨,并提出规划指引,以期为推进山地城市双修工作提供参考.
