我国城市开发边界划定模式比较研究

摘要

As urban growth boundary delimitation expands from 14 to over 600 cities, its study shall not only be theoretical and singular boundary specification, but also needs to compare and conclude the models for better future guidance. The paper discusses the concept of urban growth boundary, sets up a comparative framework from 3 aspects and concludes 3 models of boundary delimitation: steady control, speed-up integration, and general coordination; and finally makes a comparative study of different models.%随着城市开发边界划定工作由14个城市扩展到全国600个城市,城市开发边界的划定不能仅仅停留在理论探索和单一的城市开发边界划定实践层面,应对不同城市开发边界划定进行比较研究,总结、归纳其划定模式,从而指导下一步划定工作.文章首先对城市开发边界的概念进行辨析;其次依据现有的研究和规划实践,初步建立起一个比较框架,从3个方面对我国城市开发边界的划定进行对比,归纳出3种不同的划定模式:平稳控制型、加速统筹型和综合协调型;最后结合不同的模式选取典型的案例进行比较研究.
