城市商业规模核心控制指标测定策略研究

摘要

Based on a study of drawings and data from urban master plan and housing construction plan,the paper proposes key indices of urban commercial scale with empirical and status quo data.In Changli central district planning case,the paper compares calculation methods of commercial scale between urban planning and economics disciplines,and proves the rationality and feasibility of the approach.%文章从参考指标的经验值和现状数据两个方面入手,以城乡总体规划中城市建设用地平衡表和住房建设规划图提供的规划数据及图纸为基础,从城乡规划学的角度提出了制定城市商业规模的核心控制指标的策略,并结合河北省昌黎中心城区的规划,通过与经济统计学方法测算的指标进行对比,验证了城乡规划学测定方法的科学性和可操作性,为城乡商业发展规划提供了编制思路.
