虽然城市非正规性现象在我国城市中的重要地位已获得认可,却并未充分获得城市研究领域的相应关注,也未能在规划治理的实践上提出相应的措施.以西方发达国家发展历程为基础的当代主流城市理论与城市规划理论难以解释和解决包括我国在内的发展中国家的城市现象与问题.因此,鉴于我国在城市非正规性的规划治理上所面临的实践与理论的双重盲区与困境,文章基于Cite Space等量化分析软件对中外研究成果展开系统回顾与比较评述,一方面力图从研究的角度呈现已有与潜在的研究方向、热点问题、研究视角与方法路径;另一方面,从当下中国城市实践的需求出发对比与总结国内外城市非正规性规划治理的相关经验.城市规划应对城市非正规性的着力点应当转向非正规经济视角,而对非正规经济的基础空间数据的挖掘与掌握是展开深入研究和政策制定的前提条件.%Although the importance of urban informality in the cities of our country has been recognized, it is not fully received enough attention from the field of urban study, and also failed to get corresponding measures in planning and governance. It is difficult to explain and solve the phenomena and problems of cities in developing countries, including China, by the urban theory based on the development of developed countries. Because of the dual blind area and predicament of the practice and theory of urban irregular planning and governance in China, the article reviews and compares the research results based on CiteSpace and other software. On one hand, it tries to present the research direction and the hot issues. On the other hand, it compares and summarizes the relevant experience of urban and foreign urban informal planning governance from the demand of current Chinese planning practice. The focus of urban planning on urban informal nature should turn to the perspective of the informal economy, and the excavation and analysis of the basic spatial data of the informal economy is the prerequisite for future study and practice.
