增长主义期间,政府—市场—社会形成的空间治理模式推动了城乡空间的快速发展.而后增长主义时期的城乡空间正从"增长"向"稳定",甚至向"收缩"转变.与此同时,城乡空间治理方式也在发生转型.传统范式下,以政企合作为主导的治理模式正在向社企所构成的新型空间治理模式转变.通过对经典治理理论的梳理,研究基于卡尔·波兰尼的双向运动理论,以社区为主要研究对象,构建了社区社企合作的创新型治理模式,并以汕头市大布上社区空间治理为例展开实证研究,对下一阶段中国空间治理的发展趋势进行思考与讨论.%During the period of growth supremacism, the spatial governance model formed by the government, market and society promoted the rapid development of urban and rural space. However, in post growth supremacism, the urban and rural space is changing from expansion towards stablization, or even shrinkage. Meanwhile, the new spatial governance relationship formed by society and enterprise is emerging, especially the social interest group and the market interest group form a new governance mode in community. The paper puts forwards Community Public Private Cooperation model based on Karl Polanyi Double Movement theory. With an empirical research on the community governance of Dabushang community in Shantou, the paper demonstrates new spatial governance mode and mechanism of community public private cooperation. Development perspective of China's spatial governance is also discussed.
