公共性的旁落与唤醒——基干空间正义的内城街道社区更新治理价值范式

Based on the evolution and realistic condition of street community,the paper analyzes the lost of publicity of community space.With the transition of publicity,the paper puts forward the value of micro-renewal and integration strategy,explores the various culture of community,realizes the general consciousness of resident,advances the development of community.%文章从内城街道社区演进与现实状况入手,揭示社区公共空间公共性旁落的问题表征,在探讨“公共性”内涵的中国式转型基础上,提出自下而上与自上而下协同包容的更新治理价值范式及社区公共空间微更新策略,呈现内域差异化的社会文化本底,尝试建立社区居民共同意识,通过社区公共空间微干预策略的整体构建,实现内城街道社区的动态、持续更新.
