生态文明视角下的生态城规划对策与实践——以中法武汉生态示范城总体规划为例

The realization of ecological civilization in urban-rural planning is being studied.With the practice of master plan of Sino-French Wuhan Ecological Demonstration City,the paper tries to realize the integration of ecological civilization and eco-city planning from thoughts,technique and system sides,breaks the technical bottleneck,improves the planning method and content,and makes a suggestion on the planning and practice of eco-city.%生态文明理念如何落实到城乡规划中是现阶段规划领域需要积极探讨的问题.文章通过中法武汉生态示范城总体规划实践,结合现有规划体系要素,从建设思路、技术方法及相关制度等多维度将生态文明的核心理念融入生态城总体规划中,突破现有的技术瓶颈,完善规划方法和内容,以期为生态城规划及其建设提供借鉴.
