城市生物多样性规划研究进展评述与对策

摘要

Urban biodiversity is significant in maintaining ecological security and balance of urban system as well as the urban settlement improvement.The paper reviews the research and practices of different urban biodiversity plans,summarizes the shortages in China,proposes the countermeasures about master plan,regulatory plan and site plan,provides references for empirical research and practices.%城市生物多样性对维护城市系统生态安全和生态平衡、改善城市人居环境具有重要意义.文章分析了国内外不同尺度城市生物多样性规划研究现状与重要实践,指出当前规划在视角、范畴、尺度与对象四方面的缺失,提出总体规划、控制性详细规划和修建性详细规划层级的城市生物多样性规划对策要点,为进一步开展实证与实践提供参考.
