太阳能电池温度与光谱特性测试装置的设计

         

摘要

基于光伏效应、半导体制冷、LED发光原理及太阳能电池的温度光谱特性讨论, 设计的本测试装置由电池片温度测试和光谱特性测试单元组成, 提供实验所需的温度和辐照光谱条件.温度特性测试单元包括导冷/导热块、水循环散热和温控系统设计;光谱特性测试单元包括光源选择装置、对接滤光装置和光源控制器的设计.设计制作样机, 并利用本装置对单晶硅太阳能电池的温度和光谱特性进行了测量, 测试结果与理论结果相符.%Based on the photovoltaic effect, semiconductor refrigeration, LED light-emitting principle and temperature and spectral characteristics of the solar cell discussion, the test device is designed by the cell temperature and spectral characteristics of the test units, providing temperature and radiation spectrum conditions required for the experiment.The temperature test unit including refrigeration/heat conduction block, water circulation cooling and the temperature control system design, spectral characteristics test unit including a light source selection device, docking device and the light source controller.Design and make a prototype, and use this device for temperature and spectral characteristics of monocrystalline silicon the solar cell were measured.The test results are in agreement with the theoretical results.
