为适应市场对中间馏分油不断增长的需求,抚顺石油化工研究院开发了新一代多产中间馏分油的3974加氢裂化催化剂。该剂使用钨镍作为加氢组分、新型硅铝及沸石作为载体,并优化配方,使催化剂具有加氢活性高,开环活性好,对原料适应性强,且中间馏分油选择性高的特点。在镇海加氢裂化装置上工业应用的结果表明,3974催化剂在高转化率下中间馏分油收率可达70.21%,且氢耗较低。%n order to meet the increasing market demand of middledistillates, Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemical developed a new generation hydrocracking catalyst 3974 for more middle distillates. The c atalyst was formulated by using nickel/tungsten as hydrogenation component, and silica-alumina and zeolite as carrier. The catalyst has the advantages of high hydrogenation and ringopening activities, high middle distillate selectivity, an d good feedstock adaptability. The commercial application in Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company showed that 70.21% middle distillates were obtained at high con version and low hydrogen consumption.
