重油催化裂化装置提升管反应系统的技术改造

         

摘要

中原油田石油化工总厂500kt/a重油催化裂化装置提升管采用石油大学开发的高效雾化喷嘴,并对旋风分离器进行了改造。对各产品产率沿提升管高度的分布情况进行了模拟计算,确定了终止剂最佳位置。终止剂为水或粗汽油,其注入量分别为原料的3%~6%及5%~10%。采用了这些措施后轻油收率和总液体收率分别提高4.53和3.95个百分点,增加了经济效益%Technical transforms were taken on the 500 kt/a heavy oilcatalytic cracker at the General Petrochemical Works of Zhongyuan Oil Field. An effective at omization nozzle developed by Petroleum University was replaced the original noz zle; and the cyclone separator was modified. After simulating calculation of the product yields along the riser, the optimizing injection position of the termin ating agent was determined. Water or cracked naphtha could be used as the termin ating agent, which injection amount was 3%-6% and 5%-10% respectively on feed ba sis. The light oil yield and total liquid yield increased by 4.53% and 3.95% res pectively. Economic effect was increased after the above measures realized.
