复合载体型丙烯聚合催化体系的探索性研究

         

摘要

A kind of clay palygorskite-sepiolite was used as the carrier ofthe newly deve loped Z-N propylene polymerization catalyst. The said new composite material wa s prepared by the interaction between sepiolite and MgCl2. The Z-N catalyst p ossessed good activity and particle shape. The isotacticity of the polypropylene product can be regulated in the range of 20%-95% by using the said catalyst. In comparison with the reaction kinetics behavior of the traditional catalyst with MgCl2 carrier, the behavior of the catalyst with the said composite carrie r was more smooth and steady, which attributed to ascension-attenuation type.%选取以海泡石为代表的纤维棒石族粘土作为新型Z-N催化剂的载体材料,与MgCl2相互作用形成新型复合载体,并采用这种复合载体制备了丙烯聚合催化剂,获得了良好的活性和颗粒形态,得到的聚丙烯产品,其等规度在20%~95%之间可调,可有效地降低催化剂的制备成本,该催化剂的反应动力学行为属“上升-衰减”型,较传统的以MgCl2作载体的催化剂的动力学行为更加平稳。
