润滑油基础油络合-吸附精制工艺及其应用研究

         

摘要

Using MVI and HVIH distillates from Dushanzi Petrochemical Company as feedstocks respectively, the experiments of clay refining and complexing-adsorption refining were carried out in the laboratory. The process conditions and the quality of refined oil from these two refining processes were compared. Results indicate that the qualities of refined oils by these two processes all meet the technical requirements of Q/SY 44-2009 standard for lube base oil. However,for MVI feedstock,the qualities of refined oils from complexing-adsorption refining are better; for HVIH feedstock (from hydrocrackingtail oil),the qualities of refined oils from both processes are similar. By technical economical analysis of these two processes.it can be seen that using complexing-adsorption refining to substitute clay refining the benefits are as follows: solid waste can be reduced up to 95%,refined oil yield increases 1. 62 percentage points,the loss of oil decreases by 80% and comprehensive energy consumption can be reduced 11%,on the whole,the production cost is lowered significantly.%以中国石油独山子石化分公司MVI、HVIH馏分油为原料,在实验室进行白土精制和络合-吸附精制试验,对工艺条件和精制油质量作对比.结果表明:两种工艺的精制油均满足Q/SY 44-2009润滑油基础油标准的技术要求,对MVI脱蜡油,络合-吸附精制油质量优于白土精制油;对以加氢裂化尾油为原料的HVIH脱蜡油,两种精制工艺油品质量相当.对两种工艺进行技术经济分析对比发现,采用络合-吸附工艺取代白土工艺,固体废料量可以减少95%,精制油收率提高1.62百分点,油品损失降低82.3%,综合能耗降低11.1%,加工成本明显降低,因而具有更好的经济效益.
