重整催化剂PRT-C和PRT-D的首次再生及应用

         

摘要

对中国石油克拉玛依石化公司半再生重整装置所用PRT-C、PRT-D重整催化剂进行首次再生.两种催化剂经烧焦后,脱碳率高,均超过99.5%;催化剂回收率高,分别达到98.7%和99.5%.工业应用结果表明,与再生前相比,在进料量相同的情况下,再生后得到相同辛烷值的稳定汽油产品时,反应器入口加权平均温度(WAIT)降低14℃,说明再生后催化剂的活性明显提高.该催化剂经过再生,能满足重整下一周期生产的要求.%Catalysts PRT-C and PRT-D were regenerated first time in the semi-regeneration catalytic reforming unit of Kalamay Petrochemical Company. Through coke-burning, the coke removal rates of both catalysts exceeded 99. 5%;the catalyst recovery rates of PRT-C and PRT-D catalysts were 98. 7% and 99. 5 %, respectively. Industrial application results showed that compared with prior to catalyst regeneration, under the same processing capacity and the similar RON of stabilized gasoline,the activity of regenerated catalyst was significantly higher as shown by the 14℃ lower of reactor inlet temperature (WAIT value) , which indicated that the performance of the regenerated catalyst could well meet the demands of reforming unit for next production period.
