催化裂化汽油中硫化物的吸附脱除研究

         

摘要

The adsorptive removal of sulfur containing compounds in FCC gasoline over S Zorb adsorbent was studied by using GC-SCD technique. Results showed that the removal of sulfur containing compounds in FCC gasoline from hard to easy were in the order of C3-/C<-thiophene<C2-thiophene< C1-thiophene < C1-benzothiophene <thiophene<thiols and sulfids<benzothiophene and others (including dimethyl disulfide, tetrahydrothiophene and etc). Alkyl thiophenes were the most difficult sulfur compounds to be removed, especially when substituents were located at 2- and/or 5- position of the thio-phenic ring, the desulfurization function of S Zorb adsorbent could be decreased significantly.%采用气相色谱硫化学发光检测器(GC-SCD)分析研究催化裂化汽油中硫化物在S Zorb吸附剂上的吸附脱除情况.结果表明:催化裂化汽油中硫化物在S Zorb吸附剂上的脱除从难到易的顺序为:C3-噻吩和C4-噻吩<C2-噻吩<C1-噻吩<C1-苯并噻吩<噻吩<硫醇和硫醚<苯并噻吩和其它类型硫化物(包括二甲基二硫醚、四氢噻吩等),烷基噻吩是汽油中较难脱除的硫化物,尤其是当取代基位于噻吩环的2-位和、或5-位时,会大幅降低S Zorb吸附剂对硫化物的脱除活性.
