针对中国石化齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂加工含水溶性减阻剂A原油造成污水处理系统COD浓度超标、无法达标排放的问题,中国石化齐鲁分公司研究院通过液相色谱法、水溶性试验、可生化性分析等方法,确定了引起污水超标的原因为:原油减阻剂A可溶于水,并且难以被生物降解.对管输减阻剂进行电脱盐模拟评价,筛选出适宜的油溶性减阻剂B并应用于工业生产,既确保了原油输送量,又消除了对污水处理系统的影响.%Due to using a water-soluble drag reduction agent A in crude oil transportation, the COD content of sewage treating system at Shengli Refinery could not meet the requirement for discharge. The causes of unqualified discharge were investigated by the Research Institute of Qilu Branch Company, using liquid chromatography, water solubility test and biodegradability analysis. It was found that drag reduction agent A could be dissolved in water, but its biodegradability was poor, resulting in high COD content of off-sewage. Thus, tests for simulating electric desalting were conducted to screen out suitable drag reduction agent for piping crude oil, an oil-soluble drag reduction agent B was screened out and commercially applied. The application results showed that drag reduction agent B could ensure crude oil piping successfully and without significant effect on sewage discharge.
