亚临界CO2萃取拔头废油再生润滑油基础油

         

摘要

研究了亚临界流体萃取工艺用于拔头废油再生润滑油基础油,采用CO2作萃取剂,CO2流量控制在30 L/h,萃取温度维持在室温25℃,萃取时间设定为3h,通过单因素实验考察了亚临界CO2萃取一、二、三、四线拔头废油中萃取压力对再生油收率的影响,并对再生油的主要理化性质和磷元素、主要金属元素含量进行测定.结果表明:一线拔头废油的萃取压力宜采用10 MPa,二、三、四线拔头废油的萃取压力宜采用12 MPa,再生油收率分别可达88.12%,74.96%,77.36%,73.19%.亚临界CO2萃取拔头废油所得再生油的主要理化性质基本符合润滑油基础油的质量标准,且萃取后主要金属元素和磷元素含量显著减少.%CO2 was chosen as extractant in subcritical extraction of topped waste oil (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th side cuts) , under the operation parameters of a CO2 flow rate of 30 L/h, an extracting temperature of 25 "C and an extracting time of 3 h, the effect of extracting pressure on the yield of recycled oil was investigated. In addition, main physical and chemical characteristics of recycled oil and the content of phosphorus and main metals were determined. Test results showed that the optimum extracting pressure for 1st side cut topped oil was 10 MPa, yet for 2nd, 3rd and 4th side cuts was 12 MPa. Operating under such extracting pressures, the recycled oil yields of these four side cuts reached 88. 12%,74. 96%, 77. 36% and 73. 19% , respectively. The physical and chemical properties of recycled oil came up to the quality standard of lube base oil basically; besides, the contents of phosphorus and main metals in recycle oil reduced significantly.
