航空涡轮发动机检测用油国家标准样品的研制

摘要

从航空涡轮发动机检测用油的指标制订、制备方案确定、样品制备、均匀性检验、定值研究、稳定性检验、台架评价等方面介绍了航空涡轮发动机检测用油国家标准样品的研制.结果表明:所研制的航空涡轮发动机检测用油的均匀性、稳定性良好,定值数据有溯源性,能满足试验发动机检测的需求.确定了我国航空涡轮发动机检测参比燃料,填补了国内空白,有效规范了市场,提高了发动机检测及技术仲裁水平.%Research of national reference fuel for aviation turbine engine performance test is introduced from the technical requirement,production,homogeneity,certificate traceability,stability and engine bench test etc.The results show that the reference fuel for aviation turbine engine performance test is featured by uniformity,stability and traceable certificate information and can meet the requirements of engine test.The successful development of products can unify the reference fuel for aviation turbine engine performance test,fill the domestic blank,regulate the engine testing market and raise the level of technical arbitration.
