KF-848催化剂的器外再生及工业应用

摘要

The ex-situ regeneration of KF-848 hydrotreating catalyst was conducted in Jiangsu Ke-chuang Petrochemical Co. Ltd. and commercial application of the regenerated catalyst in refinery of Li-aoyang Petrochemical Company,PetroChina was introduced. The performance of the catalyst in pilot plant and in industrial unit shows that the regenerated catalyst has a high activity of hydrodesulfuriza-tion,hydrodenitrogenation and aromatics hydrogenation. The activity of the regenerated catalyst rea-ches above 95% of fresh catalyst. It is proved that ex-situ regeneration technology is effective and suc-cessful. Compared with the performance of fresh KF-848 and the catalyst before shutdown,the average temperature of the reactor using the regenerated catalyst is lower by 7-10 ℃;the pressure drop is im-proved. The N content of the product is less than 10 "g?g.%介绍了失活 KF-848催化剂在江苏科创石化有限公司器外再生、活化及在中国石油辽阳石化分公司工业应用情况。中型装置评价试验和工业运转结果表明，再生活化剂具有较高的加氢脱硫、加氢脱氮和芳烃加氢活性，活性恢复率可达到95％以上。再生-活化后的 KF-848催化剂在工业装置的应用表明，再生剂使用性能与停工前、新剂相比，反应器平均温度降低7～10℃，反应器压差有所改善，精制油氮质量分数小于10"g？g，满足生产要求。
