富氧推火燃烧技术在减压蒸馏装置加热炉上的应用

摘要

介绍了富氧推火燃烧技术在中国石油大港石化分公司5 Mt∕a原油减压蒸馏装置加热炉上应用的结果。根据该炉的情况，设计了一套用于炼油装置减压加热炉的富氧推火燃烧技术方案，实施该方案后，减压炉燃料能耗降低了5•95％，排烟氧体积分数降低了52•8％；富氧推火燃烧技术投资少、效益高，年节能净收益为215•6万元，投资回收期不到10个月。%An oxygen-enriched pushing combustion technique is newly used in the furnace of a vacu-um distillation unit with 5 Mt∕a capacity for the first time in Dagang Company,CNPC. A special pro-gram is designed for the technique. Using this technique,the fuel consumption of the furnace is reduced by 5.95%;the oxygen content of exhaust gas is reduced from 4.54%to 2.14%. This is a high efficien-cy technology with less investment. The income from energy saving is 2.156 million Yuan∕a.The pay-back period is less than 10 months.
