定向钻井轨道设计与轨迹计算的关键问题解析

         

摘要

In view of the directional drilling technology development at home and abroad and the new revised industry standard named as "wellpath planning and trajectory calculation for directional wells",this paper emphatically discussed the technical issues those should be causes for concern and need to be clarified, and introduced the latest technological advances in related fields, which included trajectory conversion method, wellpath planning method, universal planning method of 2D well profiles, wellpath planning for sidetrack and branch wells,planning technique of 3D bit-walk wellpaths,deviation analysis of drilled trajectories, evaluation of drilled trajectory into the target,etc. Resolving these technical principles and methods is helpful for engineering and technical personnel to deeply understand the technical connotations of well-path planning and trajectory monitoring for directional drilling,beneficial to design departments of drilling engineering,drilling companies and drilling crews,directional drilling companies,oil companies and supervision departments and other departments to reach a consensus and cooperation and to form technical specifications consistently.%结合国内外定向钻井技术发展动态和新修订的行业标准《定向井轨道设计与轨迹计算》,重点论述了应引起关注和需要厘清的若干技术问题,并介绍了相关领域的最新技术进展,内容包括:轨迹归算方法、轨道设计方法、二维井身剖面的通用设计方法、侧钻/分支井轨道设计、三维漂移轨道设计、实钻轨迹偏差分析、轨迹入靶评价等.解析这些技术原理和方法,有助于工程技术人员深刻理解定向钻井轨道设计与轨迹监测的技术内涵,有利于使钻井工程设计部门、钻井公司及钻井队、定向井公司、石油公司及监督部门等达成共识和协同工作,并形成一致性的技术规范.
