格瓦斯生产工艺的研究现状

格瓦斯原产俄罗斯，是一种酒精含量1％左右的饮料，具有多种保健功能。本文简要介绍了格瓦斯生产工艺的研究现状，并对各种工艺进行了比较。%Gwas native Russia,is an alcohol content of about 1% drinks,has various health care func-tions.This paper briefly introduced the Gwas production technology research status ,and various technologies are compared.
