This paper introduces a method designed for random insert and synchronous extraction of El data slots to meet the transmission requirements between supervision center and digital repeater. This method is accomplished on FPGA with a El data interface circuit which is designed basing on a El interface chip and achieves the selective adjustment of slots by cooperating with ARM.
