Breeding and cultivation technology of high protein soybean variety ‘Qindou 2014''''

         

摘要

Soybean variety ''Qindou 2014'' with high protein content (47.79%) was bred through hybridization and pod mixed individual selection method.<96E218, and Pudou 10'' were used as female and male parent respectively. Near-infrared analytical method was used in low generation selection.''Qindou 2014'' also performed consistent high yield (3,739.8 kg/ha averagely), strong resistance to mosaic virus disease, wide adaptation, and good fitness to mechanized harvesting. The regional examination test was carried out and it was approved by the cultivar registration committee of Shaanxi Provinee in 2017. Experiments of sowi ng date and den sity were con ducted to explore the suitable cultivati on tech ? nologies for high yield. Results indicated that ''Qindou 20145 could fully exert its yield potential as sown at the density of 290,000 plants/ha from May 25 to June 15. This study provides high quality soybean germplasm for future soybean industry.
