数据挖掘技术在经济犯罪侦查中的研究与应用

摘要

针对目前经济案件侦破过程中存在的海量数据信息无法高效利用的问题，提出采用数据挖掘技术对淹没在海量信息中的有效数据进行关联分析，通过Apriori算法对集资诈骗犯罪进行维度分析，建立用于集资诈骗分析的关联规则挖掘模型，找出隐藏在海量数据信息背后有价值的结论，把信息资源优势转化为现实破案能力，满足经济犯罪侦查工作特殊性的要求，提高执法效率和破案水平，实现运用数据挖掘技术在经济案件犯罪行为分析方面的有益实践。%　　Data mining technology was used in economic crime investigation by data correlation analysis, in view of efficient utilization problems in the current economic cases massive data information. The model of mining association rules of calling for funds fraud analysis was set up by Apriori algorithm in dimension analysis. And the valuable conclusions hidden in the massive data information were found. The information resource advantage into realistic detection ability, which meet the special requirement of economic investigation industry and improve the economic efficiency of law enforcement and crime detection level. The target of good practice of data mining technology in cases of economic crime analysis aspects was realized.
