基于分段刀轨S曲线加减速控制的进给速度优化研究

         

摘要

Based on the Energy problems of large central air conditioning in actual operation, Soft PLC is used in the saving energy control system of large central air conditioning to conduct the function development of hardware module, software management and upgrade maintenance in different applications. The main research is about creating the Graphic Symbol and realizing its functions based on QT platform. The paper introduces the component design, function of graphics implementation and the data interaction between components. So as to realize the efficiency and stability of the system operation. Through the application, the system is stable and reliable, and is better to realize the module function.%针对采用恒定进给速度加工复杂曲面的加工效率不高问题,研究了基于分段刀轨加减速过渡的进给速度优化方法.以刀轨几何特点和机床运动学特性为约束,将刀轨进行分段并为每个刀轨段规划进给速度;在相邻的刀轨段中,以S曲线加减速控制中的加速和匀速或匀速和减速方式对进给速度进行过渡处理.实验结果表明了文中方法是可行和有效的.
