城市轨道交通动车调试的项目管理

摘要

动车调试在城市轨道交通项目建设期和运营期之间起到承上启下的软着陆作用，为城市轨道交通系统的快速有序建成和投入运营搭建了良好的平台。以北京市实施完成的动车调试项目为对象，介绍动车调试项目管理模式的建立、实施过程的管理、管理效果检验等，动车调试项目管理技术在北京市城市轨道交通领域得到成功应用。%　　Train commissioning has played a soft landing role as a nexus between construction and operation period of transit project, it builds a good platform for rapid and orderly completion of construction of transit system and lines put into operation. Taking the implementation and completion of train commissioning project in Beijing as an example, the paper introduces establishment of management mode for train commissioning project, management of implementation process, and management effectiveness inspection etc.
