伴随着中国“时空压缩”型城镇化引起的生态、文化、空间转向，构建生态文化核心区成为未来集聚生态、文化、社会于一体的空间战略布局。研究所构建的未来城镇生态文化核心区是在满足传统城镇中心区各项功能的基础上，以当今中国“时空压缩”型城镇化引起的转向语境为导向，结合空间营造与生态、文化以及社会等众多理论思想，通过构建生态网络战略斑块、文化生态区活态传承点、公平正义开放空间，实现了城镇生态核心区、文化核心区、公共核心区“三区合一”的耦合发展。该核心区的布局有效地指导了未来新城区中心区布置的基本构建以及已建新城区中心区的转型对策，并以此对未来城镇核心区健康有序的发展提供借鉴指导。%Accompanied by the ecological, cultural, spatial transition caused by Chinese "space-time compression"urbanization , the building of an eco-cultural core area is becoming a space strategy in the future. This eco-cultural core area, based upon the traditional town centre area's functions, depends on combined space theories and thoughts of ecological, cultural and social area, through building ecological network strategy spot block, and cultural Eco region live State inheritance points, and fair justice open space, which will lead to ecological core, cultural core and public core development together. This layout effectively guided the basic building to the core area of the new city center and transition strategies to the city centre area . In the end, this article aims to guide for the future urban core area of healthy and orderly development.
