“模范与系列”--社会阶层的身份划分与城市住宅的趋同现象

摘要

People’s demand for living space should be diversified and personalized. The housing distribution of the planned economic system blurred this diversity. But now, the urban residences has shown another kind of monotonous and convergence in the market economy. From the view of consumption ideology, this article discusses the motivation and reasons of this phenomenon. It pointed out that it is because the excessive focus on residences’ commodity attribute caused this convergence of its spatial form.%人们对居住空间的需求原本应当是多样与个性化的。计划经济体制下的住房实物分配，曾经模糊了这种多样性，但如今，市场体制下的城市住宅却表现出另外一种形式的单调、乏味与趋同。本文从消费意识形态的角度出发，探讨了城市住宅相互模仿、跟风复制的动因，指出正是由于消费社会对住宅商品属性的过度关注而导致了住宅空间形态的趋同现象。
