Planning pattern of modern northeastern railway subsidiaries in China are comparable with TOD model in 5 aspects: Function layout, road network, block scale, urban form and public center system. These subsidiaries are modular and standardized in planning pattern, well organized by planning institution, and guaranteed by comprehensive land development mechanism. Such experiences still worth learning for today’s regional TOD planning system.%近代东北地区的铁路附属地的规划设计布局具有模式化、标准化的特点,在功能布局、路网结构、街廓尺度、形态控制以及中心体系等多个方面与TOD模式具有一定的可比性。这些铁路站点地区重视通过构建规划法规体系对规划建设进行有效管理,并采用了土地综合开发的机制作为开发建设的保障。上述经验对今天区域层面的TOD规划建设体系构建依然具有借鉴意义。
