In 1970s, a series of problems on the environment and society caused by the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization in the developed countries, especially the problems on the uneven development between different areas and the rural communities declining are paid more attention to by the governments in different countries. A review of endogenous development is put forward as the corresponding responds by academia. The paper explains the theoretical connotation of the endogenous development theory, giving analysis and summarization to the main scholars' ideas and clarifying its theory framework. Then the paper provides a detailed analysis to the current situation and existing problems of the rural areas in our country. And it proposes the construction model of the rural community based on endogenous development theory from three aspects of the self-determined construction of autonomy organization, the community industry constructing and the dominant position and self-development of the villagers, the purpose of which is to provide a reference for the community construction at present.%20世纪70年代以来,欧美等发达国家城市化与工业化快速发展所带来的一系列环境和社会问题,特别是区域间发展不平衡、乡村衰落等问题受到各国重视,学术界提出了内生式发展的应对思路.论文对内生式发展的理论内涵进行了阐释,并通过对主要学者观点的分析与归纳,厘清了内生式发展的理论架构.同时在对我国乡村社区建设现状及存在问题详细分析基础上,从内生自主性组织建设、社区产业建构、村民主体地位与发展三方面,提出了我国乡村社区基于内生式发展的营建模式,以期为当前的社区建设提供借鉴.
