提高物业前期介入工作质量措施的研究

The work of early intervention work in real property management is in initial stage, without clear regulations and mature industry experience for reference, a lot of real property company can only work in the exploration. In this paper, we analyzed several key elements of the early intervention work, put up with several measures and methods, which can effectively improve the quality of work. To some extent, it has Practical value for the early intervention work.%物业前期介入工作在我国刚刚开展，正处于探索阶段，由于没有明确的法规支撑和成熟的行业经验借鉴，很多物业公司前期介入工作只能在探索中开展，导致前期介入工作效果差。本文对影响物业公司前期介入工作的关键要素进行分析，提出几项措施和方法，能够有效提高前期介入工作质量，对物业前期介入工作有一定的实用价值。
