基于HyperMesh的曲柄连杆线性静力分析

摘要

本文以某曲柄连杆为分析对象，应~HyperMesh对其进行3D网格划分。之后应用Optislruct对其进行线性静力仿真分析。分析得出该连杆构件最大工作应力为147MPa．满足材料的强度条件和工作要求，具有一定的工程实际意义。%In this paper, a crank link is analyzed and is meshed with the application of 3D element of HyperMesh. Then, OptiStruct is applied for the linear static simulation of the crank link. At last, it is founded that the maximum working stress of the component arrive at 147 MPa, which meets the strength of the material and work condition requirements and obsess some engineering significance.
