The surface of hollow glass beads (HGB) was modified with rare earth/titanium coupling agent.Polypropylene filled with hollow glass beads (HGB) was prepared by extrusion molding.The mechanical and crystallization properties of composites were studied.The results showed that the compatibility between HGB and PP could be significantly improved after superficial modification of HGB.In addition,HGB could also improve the mechanical properties and crystallinity of the composites.%采用稀土钛偶联剂对空心玻璃微珠进行表面改性,通过熔融共混挤出法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/空心玻璃微珠复合材料,研究了复合材料的力学性能和结晶性能.结果表明,经过稀土钛偶联剂表面改性的空心玻璃微珠与PP的界面结合力显著提高,提升了复合材料的力学性能,并且使PP的结晶度增大.
