Preliminary Study of Time Effect on DNA Damage of Human Hepatoma Cells Irradiated by Heavy Ions

         

摘要

In this paper, DNA damages irradiated by heavy ions were investigated. Irradiation was performed at the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou (HIRFL). The human hepatoma cells were chosen as the test cell line irradiated by 80 MeV/u 20Ne10+, then SCGE was used to detect the DNA damages. We aimed at observing the change of DNA damage in 24 h after irradiation. We found heavy ions have strong effect on residual
