基于频域模拟的汽车前大灯振动激励载荷编制

         

摘要

室内道路模拟试验在汽车可靠性研究方面起到了越来越重要的作用。针对某轿车的前大灯,根据研究对象的特性和课题组的研究经验,确定了路谱采集方案,经过对采集的路谱信号进行筛选以及加速处理,得到具有较高置信度的大灯受载加速度信号的功率谱密度曲线,经过差值简化,从频域模拟角度,确立了一种建立大灯室内振动试验加载谱的方法。%Road simulation test is playing a vital role for the reliability of the driving vehicle.Set the headlight as the study ob-ject.Based on the headlight’ s characteristic and the experience of our research group,vibration acceleration signals of various road conditions were collected.Select and edit the load spectrum with higher degree of confidence by Root Mean Square ( RMS) . Get the Power Spectral Density ( PSD) curve of the restructuring signals,then get the simplified PSD curve which retained the fre-quency characteristics of the original signal.Use the simplified PSD curve as the inputting load spectrum during the vibration test.
