基于静强度模糊-载荷随机模型,确定密封螺栓静强度在不同工况的模糊许用可靠度,探讨按模糊许用可靠度确定安全系数的方法。研究结果表明:1)密封螺栓在液压试验、气压试验和正常操作工况时,屈服强度的模糊许用可靠度分别为0.98314、0.99854和0.99854,抗拉强度的模糊许用可靠度分别为0.999984、0.999999934和0.999999934;2)基于满足模糊许用可靠度,密封螺栓屈服安全系数应不小于1.70,抗拉安全系数应不小于2.15。%Based on model of static strength-fuzzy and load-stochastic,under different conditions ,the fuzzy allowable reliability of seal bolt static strength was determine ,the relationship between safety factor and fuzzy allowable reliability was explored .The re-searching results show that:1)For seal bolt,in hydraulic pressure tests,gas pressure tests and during normal operation conditions , yield strength fuzzy allowable reliability is equal to 0.983 14,0.998 54 and 0.998 54,respectively;tensile strength fuzzy allowa-ble reliability is equal to 0.999 984,0.999 999 934 and 0.999 999 934,respectively.2) Based on meeting the fuzzy allowable reliability,for seal bolt,yield safety factor should be not less than 1.70 and tensile safety factor should be not less than 2.15.
