缓倾斜煤层软岩巷道变形规律及围岩控制研究

         

摘要

To counter the asymmetric deformation and failure of the soft rock raodway in gently inclined coal seam in Zaoquan Mine, FLAC3D numerical analysis method was used and the asymmetric deformation law of the surrounding rock of the soft rock roadway of the inclined seam was obtained, which was then verified with the field rock pressure monitoring result.A multi-medium combined support technology with anchor cable and bolting wire mesh and so on was applied to take together the broken rock body with the deep stable rock body and form a "compression arch" under the common action of the anchor cable and bolting wire mesh, which improved the development trend of the natural self-supprting arch formed over the roof along the coal seam bedding to the top corner of the roadway, fully exerted the whole mechanical effect of the anchor cable, bolting wire mesh and surrounding rock and effectively controlled the deformation and failure of the roadway surrounding rock, and good effect was achieved in the production practice.%针对枣泉煤矿缓倾斜煤层软岩巷道的非对称变形破坏情况,采用FLAC3D数值分析方法,得出倾斜煤层软岩巷道围岩的非对称变形规律,并与现场矿压监测结果相互验证.通过实施锚(索)网等多介质联合支护技术,利用锚索将破碎岩体与深部稳定岩体承接起来与锚杆共同作用,形成"压缩拱", 改善了顶板上部形成的自然平衡拱沿煤层层理向巷道上帮顶角发展的趋势,充分发挥了锚网-围岩整体力学效应,有效控制了巷道围岩的变形和破坏,并在生产实践中取得了良好的效果.
