基于粒子图像测速技术(PIV)研究了分银炉内侧吹、底吹、顶吹3种喷吹方式的速度场分布及湍流动能.结果表明,在所有喷吹气量下,顶吹喷吹时熔池搅拌混匀时间远长于侧吹与底吹.底吹喷吹熔池平均运动速度相对于侧吹喷吹高25%~105%.对比底吹与侧吹,底吹喷吹下湍流动能远远大于侧吹喷吹,侧吹湍流动能为400-500数量级,而底吹湍流动能为10万~百万数量级.%Experimental study on distribution of the velocity field and turbulence kinetic energy in silver-melting furnace based on particle image velocimetry was carried out for 3 kinds of injection modes.The results show that,under all the injection volume investigated,then molten pool immersion time of top-blown is far higher than that of side-blown and that of bottom-blown.Comparing the average speed of molten pool,bottom-blown is 25% to 105% higher than side-blown.In comparison between bottom-blown and side-blown,the turbulence kinetic energy under bottom-blown can be far greater than that of side-blown,the turbulence kinetic energy under side-blown is 400 to 500 orders of magnitude,and the turbulence kinetic energy under bottom-blown is 100000 to millions of orders of magnitude.
