Pentra MS CRP血细胞分析仪LlC检测结果分析

摘要

目的:探讨Pentra MS CRP血细胞分析仪巨大未成熟细胞(Large Immature Cell, LIC)检测结果的可靠性分析及其临床应用价值.方法:使用Pentra MS CRP血细胞分析仪检测883例血液标本,同时对LIC＞3%的标本进行显微镜下血细胞形态分析.结果: 883例标本中, LIC＞3% 47例,占5.32%,以显微镜复检结果为金标准, Pentra MS CRP血细胞分析仪在检测异常细胞时有72.34%的高假阳性率.结论: Pentra MS CRP血细胞分析仪LIC结果对外周血异常细胞具有一定的提示作用,但同时也存在较高的假阳性率.%Objective: This study aims to investigate the reliability and the clinical value of Pentra MS CRP hematology analyzer in the detection of large immature cell (LIC) . Methods: A total of 883 blood samples were processed for complete blood count using Pentra MS CRP hematology analyzer. The value of LIC parameter was evaluated, which was validated by the morphological analysis of peripheral blood cells using microscopy. Results: The rate of LIC to white blood cells counts was more than 3% in 47 samples. Taking microscopic examination as a standard, the false positive rate of abnormal cells by Pentra MS CRP hematology analyzer were 72.34%. Conclusion: The LIC of Pentra MS CRP hematology analyzer can be helpful for detecting abnormal cells in peripheral blood. However, a high false positive rate should be noted.
