肾移植术后早期并发水痘4例

摘要

目的 探讨肾移植术后人群早期并发水痘的临床特点及防治措施.方法 回顾2009年1月-2010年12月解放军309医院全军器官移植中心4例肾移植受者术后早期发生水痘的临床资料和诊疗经过,进行临床总结和分析.结果 4例患者术前均无水痘病史,水痘发病分别在肾移植术后38、62、70、90d,减少免疫抑制剂用量、应用抗病毒药物治疗后4例患者均痊愈.结论 水痘在肾移植术后患者体内呈机会性感染,肾移植术后早期免疫抑制剂应用量较大、免疫过度可能会导致水痘等机会性感染的发生.%Objective The present study aims to investigate the clinical characteristics of and preventive measures for varicella occurring early after renal transplantation. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted to obtain a clinical summary of the clinical data and treatment process of four patients who received transplantation and suffered from varicella early after transplantation These four patients were admitted to the Organ Transplant Center of the 309th Hospital of PLA from January 2009 to December 2010. Results The four patients did not suffer from varicella infection before transplantation. The primary varicella infection occurred 38. 62. 70, and 90 days after transplantation. All cases were successfully treated by reducing the immunodepressant and by administering antiviral drugs. Conclusions The patients suffered from varicella via opportunistic infection after transplantation. Although large amounts of immunosuppressive drugs should be used early after renal transplantation, excessive immunity may cause varicella and other opportunistic infections.
