The complex centrifugal forces caused by the irregular blade and thirty-three kinds of dismatch cases occuring in the rabbet of the turbo simulating the machining error and accumulating deformation are considered to study the stress distribution in the rabbet by means of elasto-plastic contact FEM. Some useful results are obtained which are useful to avoid making dangerous turbo and to design new kinds of rabbet which can reduce the stress level of the turbo obviously.%应用ANSYS程序中的弹塑性接触有限元工具,系统地分析了榫齿超差对盘片接触系统应力分布的的影响,得出了一些对发动机设计和制造有意义的结论。
