In this paper, a novel pneumatic relief valve with high pressure and large flow capacity is presented, its structure characteristics are also presented. And then the valve's performances are investigated by theory analysis and experiments. Because the valve uses a single stage poppet and a rubber membrane with corrugations and air cushion bearing, it shows rapid response, higher pressure control precision and good adaptability to a large range of working pressure. This valve has been used in a projecting system.%介绍一种高压、大流量气动定差压力控制阀及其结构特点,对其性能进行了理论分析和实验研究。由于采用了直动膜片式放大结构和气体静压支承原理,该阀具有响应灵敏、控制精度高、自适应能力强等优点。目前,该阀已用于某发射装置。
