介绍了柱塞泵(马达)配流型式的发展,对水压轴向柱塞泵(马达)力矩全平衡型配流盘进行了分析。通过数字仿真研究了配流盘结构对柱塞腔内压力的影响,发现减振槽及其过流面积对气蚀的产生有直接的作用,合适的吸入口压力或背压可减小泵或马达发生气蚀的可能性。%This paper introduces the developments of valve plate of hydraulic pump or motor. According to the physicochemical properties of water, a whole moment balanced valve plate of water hydraulic piston pump or motor is analyzed. Through numerical simulations the effect of structure of valve plate on cylinder pressure has been researched. The simulation results indicate that the silencing grooves inside the close angles of the valve plate have significant influences on cavitation. The absence of silencing grooves on the valve plate will result in the high vacuum at the top dead center (TDC) and the pressure overshoot at the bottom dead center (BDC). In order to get good performance of pump and motor, we deem it wise that the invalid volume V0 be as small as possible. In addition, too small backpressure will make the cylinder pressure decrease below the vapor pressure of water. It is recommended that the backpressure Pd should be larger than 0.2 MPa.
