面向大规模客户化生产的产品设计及其产品规划方法研究

         

摘要

This paper describes the connotation, characteristics and the implementation strategy of mass customization. Based on the rationalization of products and the standardization of parts, the method of product design is analyzed in detail. The method of product planning of product families is given. First, customer groups are established with fuzzy clustering and the voices of customer groups are evaluated. Then, the voices of customer groups are transformed into the specification of product design by means of QFD method. The function planning, principle solution planning and structure planning are made for product families. The customization parameters and scopes of product families are also determined. Finally, prediction on the target cost of products is made according to the cost model of a product family.%介绍了大规模客户化生产模式的内涵、特点 及实施策略。在产品系列合理化和零部件标准化及规范化的基础上详细分析了面向大规模客 户化生产的产品设计方法。提出了基于产品族的产品规划方法。首先,利用模糊聚类分析划 分客户群,并对客户群需求进行综合评定。进而针对客户群需求,实施了基于大规模客户化 生产的质量功能配置转换,对产品族进行了功能规划、解原理规划、结构规划,并确定其产 品定制参数及定制范围。最后通过建立产品族的成本模型,对产品目标成本进行合理预测。
