In order to prove the rationality of the new type of roll-expansion universal transmission shaft, in this paper based on the structure analysis, kinematic and force analysis are studied by means of matrix method. The result shows that an additional torque is brought in that will affect the transmission of the driving torque and intensify the abrasion and reduce the life of the components.%为了研究新型传动机构“滚动伸缩式万向传 动轴”的设计合理性,在对其进行结构分析的基础上,采用方向余弦矩阵法进行了运动特性 研究,并对主要构件进行了受力分析。结果表明这种传动轴在传递所需运动的同时,会产生 附加力矩,影响力矩的正常传递,使得机构磨损加剧,寿命降低。
