航天多型号项目计划冲突域的检测与提取技术研究

         

摘要

项目再调度是一个冲突域不断提取并不断消解优化的过程。针对航天多型号项目网络计划的特点,提出了一种启发式项目网络计划冲突域的检测及提取算法,为项目管理人员及时调整项目计划,调整资源提供可靠的依据。首先,分析了冲突的产生原因,构建了冲突关系模型并分析了航天领域项目计划所引发冲突的几种类型;然后,根据航天多型号项目计划的多级网络层次的特点,提出了基于同级及多级的网络计划冲突域的检测与提取算法;最后,以航天某项目计划为例进行了验证,表明了该方法的有效性。%Project rescheduling is an optimized process of collision domain continuous extracting and dissolution. For the characteristics of aerospace multi-project network planning, a heuristic algorithm of project network planning for collision domain detecting and extracting was proposed, which can supply the reliable criterion for project man- agement personnel to adjust the project planning and resources. Firstly, the causes of the collision was analyzed, the collision relationship model was constructed and several collision types for the aerospace project planning were d~scussed. Then, according to the characteristics of multi-level network of aerospace project planning, the algorithm for collision domain detection and extraction for peer and multi-level were proposed. Finally, taking an aerospace project planning as an example, the effectiveness of this method was verified.
