飞机制造业MES中基于矩阵的BOM版本有效性研究

摘要

By analyzing the characteristics of airplane manufacturing enterprise, we pointed out the problems in the version management of aircraft parts in its life cycle, and a method for BOM version validity management was pro- vided based on matrix. The relationship between the matrix and the version validity was introduced in detail. Final- ly, the query and update algorithm of the BOM version was presented. The method makes it possible to achieve the version management of BOM, and meet the needs of management of aircraft sorties.%首先分析了飞机制造业的生产特点，指出了在制造生命周期中飞机零部件版本管理存在的问题，提出了基于矩阵的BOM版本有效性管理方法。重点介绍了矩阵和版本有效性的关系，阐述了矩阵在BOM版本有效性管理中的应用方法，最后给出了BOM版本查询与更新算法，并举例综合说明此方法的应用特点。实现了BOM版本管理，满足了飞机架次管理的需求。
