为了提高金属跳跃膜片的设计精度,研究影响其稳定性的主要因素,设计了一套检测膜片稳定性的实验装置。通过改变膜片厚度、高度和半径等结构参数,研究了影响膜片稳定性的规律。实验结果表明:跳跃膜片的高度和厚度增加会提高膜片的变形刚度,导致其失稳时的临界栽荷增加;跳跃膜片直径增加会降低膜片的变形刚度,导致其失稳时的临界载荷降低。通过实验验证了有限元模型的正确性。%In order to increase the design precision and study the main factors influencing the stability of metal elas- tic-jumping membrane, a set of experimental equipment has been designed to test the stability of metal elastic- jumping membrane. The laws of influencing the stability of elastic-jumping membrane were studied by changing the structural parameters such as the thickness, the height and the radius etc. It shows that the increasing of the height and thickness can enhance the distortion rigidity of metal elastic-jumping membrane, resulting in the increase of the critical load while losing stability; the increasing of the diameter can reduce the distortion rigidity of metal elastic- jumping membrane, resulting in the decrease of critical load while losing stability.
