船用螺旋桨叶片四坐标砂带磨削的研究

         

摘要

船用螺旋桨叶片是由自由曲面组成的,对其的加工一直是一个难题。通过四坐标砂带磨床对叶片进行磨削试验,对影响叶片砂带磨削的效率和精度的因素进行了研究。试验根据叶片材质的磨削性能、叶片的结构特点、四坐标砂带磨床磨削原理等,对砂带的磨损情况、叶片的加工精度及叶片的材料去除率等试验结果进行了分析。并得出了砂带磨损高度和实际磨削深度随时问变化的,厶\式。在同等条件下,陶瓷磨料砂带在叶片的磨削过程中寿命最长且材料去除率最高,在砂带线速度为30m/s左右时,叶片材料的去除率最高。%Marine propeller blades are composed of free form surfaces, and its machining has always been a diffi- cult problem. We carried out experiments for processing such blades by belt grinding with 4-axis belt grinding ma- chine, and analyze the wear of the abrasive belt and the processing precision and material removal rate of the blades according to the grinding performance of the blade material, the structural features of the blade, and the theory of 4-aixs belt the actual grinding grinding machine. We derived formulas for describing the variation of the abrasive belt wear height and depth with time. The life expectancy of the ceramic abrasive belt is the longest, and its the ma- terial removal rate is maximum in three kinds of be when the belt line speed is 30 m/s or so, the material removal rate is maximum.
